The Children's Nursery School has a rich tradition of events that enhance the classroom experience and/or provide the fundraising support that is essential for the school to function.

The fall Grand Bazaar and spring Parade to the Western Promenade are examples of this. In addition, a winter fundraiser at Flatbread Pizza Company provides a chance for alumni to get together and have fun while showing their support of the school.

Interested in seeing the Children's Nursery School up close? Wondering if this is the right school for your child? Please join us for our Open House on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 10am-12pm. This is a great way to meet the teachers, see our beautiful classroom and talk to the parents to hear first-hand what the co-op experience is all about, for parent and child.

The 34th Annual Grand Bazaar and Silent Auction
November 7, 2009
10am - 3pm
This annual event is FUN for the whole family. It features a huge silent auction, children's activities, music and food. It is a great way to spend a blustery Saturday in November. Kids of all ages will enjoy the activities. Adults can do a little holiday shopping and enjoy the sounds and spirit of a great West End tradition. The proceeds raised allow for an assistant teacher in the classroom, new materials and activities.

Spark's Ark will visit with many of his interesting creatures at 10:30am. Storyteller Jody Fein will enchant us with her tales at 1pm. Young and old can move, groove, wiggle & giggle with Mini Mainers at 2pm and much, much more. As always, there is no admission fee so please feel welcome to join us for the FUN!!
