Alumni applicants will receive priority placement. Any remaining openings will be filled on a first come, first served basis or will be added to our waitlist in the order in which they are received. We reserve the right to balance our class by age and gender. No child shall be denied admission to CNS on the basis of race, ethnic background, religion, social class or family structure. Application Process Step 1 - Contact Us and Visit the Children's Nursery School (CNS) Please review our website which details the workings and philosophy of CNS and contact us at childrensnurseryschool@gmail.com to schedule a tour or request additional information. Taking a tour is highly recommended as it will help you determine if CNS is the right environment for your child. Step 2 - Complete an Application Complete the CNS Application and return it, along with a non-refundable $40 application fee, to: Children's Nursery School P.O. Box 8086 Portland, Maine 04104 Download Application (PDF) Step 3 - Reserve a Space Upon receipt and review of your Application and provided a space is available, you may reserve placement for your child by submitting a non-refundable deposit (equivalent to one month's tuition which will be held and used for June, 2011 tuition.)
